Lorne House is available to let in its entirety
for exclusive Corporate Hospitality
or as your private self-catering holiday accommodation.
The house is beautifully appointed with everything you would need for a holiday.
There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and the property
can accommodate up to eight persons.
The normal letting period is seven days,
with arrival and departure usually scheduled on the Saturday.
Please contact us if another period can be arranged to suit your schedule.
Upper Floor
There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
These are normally two doubles and a twin, but can be arranged to suit your party.
They are fully equipped as detailed on the home page.
Ground Floor
This comprises an entrance hallway, two lounges (each with its own Sky television),
and a large dining room. The fourth bedroom and bathroom are also located on this floor.
In addition, there is a fully appointed kitchen, with Rangemaster double oven cooker,
dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
You will also have use of a fully-equipped utility room.
Both the rear lounge and the dining room have patio doors opening on to a patio,
with a direct view to the rolling Fife countryside. The patio has quality garden furniture,
additional seating, a double swing seat and a barbecue.
This is an ideal place for sunbathing and alfresco dining.
A newly-installed broadband internet connection
is available in all rooms for your convenience.
